Exchange, Return & Alteration Policy

• Ready-made abayas may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
• Custom-made abayas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Alterations

Alteration requests are accepted after 7 days from delivery. Eligible alterations are provided free of charge. Thereafter, the following alteration fees apply:

• Standard tailoring: QAR 70 per abaya
• Full resizing: QAR 110 per abaya

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
